Application of PE Insulation Tube

The rubber foam insulation pipes commonly used in the market have peculiar smell and are not environmental friendly. The plastic foam insulation pipes produced by our company are new environmental protection materials. The inner layer is closed cell foam foaming insulation layer, the middle layer is IXPE electronic cross-linked foam anti-aging layer, and the outer layer is embossed film for tear resistant layer. The products are green, beautiful, long service life, flame retardant, high temperature resistant, and anti-aging performance is excellent.

1. Insulation of water pipes: PE insulation pipes can be used for building water supply and drainage pipes (to prevent water pipes from freezing and cracking in winter), solar hot water pipes, and underfloor heating pipes to reduce heat loss. It can also be used for insulation of certain chemical pipelines.

2. Insulation of refrigeration and air conditioning pipes: PE embossed insulation pipes are particularly suitable for insulation of copper pipes connecting indoor and outdoor units of split type air conditioners. The surface layer is IXPE anti-aging layer, and the inner layer is PE foam insulation layer. The product has no odor and is healthy and environmentally friendly. It is an ideal insulation material for household split type air conditioning or central air conditioning.

3. Entertainment Facilities Protection: Many children's playground facilities are made of metal steel pipe brackets, which can easily cause harm to children. After being covered with insulation pipes, it can effectively avoid or reduce harm to children.
