Copper aluminum pipe is a new material and technology product, suitable for connecting the refrigeration system pipelines in air conditioning and similar equipment. It has the characteristics of low cost, anti-condensation, easy installation, and beautiful appearance. After years of research and development, our company has hired senior welding experts and adopted new welding processes to specialize in the production of copper aluminum pipes. We can provide customers with various specifications and lengths of copper aluminum pipes.
After straightening, cutting and necking, Copper and aluminum pipe is welded by high current resistance welding. As without welding flux the interior of the pipeline can maintain the cleanliness. The copper aluminum welding face is larger than 5mm with high welding strength, which solves the leakage problem. Outer surface of the aluminum tube is fully coated with plastic to prevent oxidation and improves its service life greatly. The adopted insulation is three-layer embossed PE insulation tube or high-quality rubber insulation tube. The insulation layer is matched with the metal pipe closely which has better anti condensation performance.
This product is flared ready and installed with brass nut before delivery, and can be equipped with a complete set of installation accessory materials, which greatly reduces installation time. It is an ideal new material for the installation and maintenance of household air conditioners.
With rubber insulation tube (color: Black, Blue, Red, Green.. etc), Normall wall thickness 8mm, 10mm, 13mm.
