The insulated copper pipe is used to connect the outdoor and indoor units of the air conditioner for cold and heat exchange. It is made of high-quality seamless copper pipe, insulation pipe, and brass nut. The length and wall thickness can be produced according to customer’s requirements.
We can produce the pipe with rubber insulation tube, PE single layer insulation or PE 3-layer embossed insulation tube with different colors and wall thickness. Insulation tubes can be made of high-temperature and flame-retardant materials.

Temper: Soft Annealed
Standard: ASTM B280, EN 12735-2, AS/NZS 1571, JIS H3300
With Rubber insulation tube：

2, Insulation Color: Black, Green, Blue, Red..
3, High temperature resistant or flame-retardant insulation tubes are optional
